My growing boys

I've been wanting to take some pictures of the boys for quite some time, and I finally got around to doing it! I read a little bit about how to use my camera and headed up to a neighboring house to see what I could do. I love this place to take pictures because it has old barns, swings, trees, a bridge, fence, and lots of green grass. I think that I got some great pictures of Luke and Noah, but Eli was totally uncooperative. I had to take some of him a few days later. I just can't believe how big they are getting. Eli is almost 3 months old now, and I just pulled out the 3T clothes for Noah. It was so strange to put the 3T clothes on Noah because I feel like I just had them on Luke. I have mixed feelings on the boys getting big. I am so excited for the things they are doing and the many fun things we look forward to, but these days of babies and toddlers will be over soon and I know that I will miss it when it is gone.

I do love those adorable boys. The pictures really did turn out wonderfully. I agree with having mixed emotions about them growing up, I feel the same way!

Well you have a new side job. The offical photographer! When can I make an appointment? I have to get all the fun stuff we talked about first... I think we should all have a DVR player on life so we can pause for a few hours and rewind sometimes. I love those boys like they were my own!

What handsome boys! You did an awesome job photographing them, Olivia! They ARE getting big! That little Eli is so cute, too! I can't believe he is almost 3 months. You've been gone way too long!

I enjoyed your story about Luke on my blog. How cute!! Brooklyn still misses him.

Do you know the general time of when you'll be here in October?? As soon as you do, let me know so I don't plan anything that weekend. I am really looking forward to hanging out. I keep wanting to call and visit so hopefully I just do it soon.

Great post! Cute kids!

Ugh...this is my second time trying to comment, so I can't promise that it will be as good as my first! Good job on taking the boys pictures... I know you've been wanting to improve your photography skills, and you certainly have. Those boys are so big, I can't stand it! Especially Noah and Eli. They are huge! Please keep them from growing anymore until I see them (hopefully over conference weekend). Love you!!!

Wow, seems like yesterday that Noah was Eli's size! There must be something in the water that's making them grow up so fast!

I looked at this last night and thought I commented -- I must have been in such a happy, blissful state -- that I just went away smiling to myself instead of commenting. Of course, I think all three of these boys are just about as handsome as they could possibly get! Each have such different personalities and each pure gold! I know you have your challenges each day, but when you look at these little faces, tell me you can feel exasperated???? Great photograpahy on such perfect models!

What fun pictures! I totally understand about the whole, "not cooperating" thing and having to try again another day. You did a great job though and outside pictures are my favorite!

Oh Wow - your boys are so darn cute. I TOTALLY love love love the title picture of all three. Noah's little smile. . . Luke holding Eli. . .it's so perfect. Your photography skills inspire me.

Olivia I love the new picture on top and those pictures are amazing! I'm so impressed! I might need to come over someday and get a photography lesson or two... you have quite the talent. But it helps that they are three very adorable little subjects. I love the pictures of Luke and I seriously want to kiss that Noah boy (he would not let me last weekend). I can't imagine that sweet little Noah boy not cooperating. He might be the sweetest most mellow little child I have ever seen! I'm so glad we got to see all of you last weekend.

Hey I just read my comment from yesterday and I actually meant that Eli was mellow and I couldn't imagine him not cooperating. I'm sure you got that. I mean, I've never seen Noah not cooperate either... :)
